1. Controller

The controller of this website is pWdev, contactable at hello@pwdev.app and pwdev.app. A correspondence address in Portugal can be provided on request.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Stripe processes payment and invoice data as a payment provider.

Accounts on the configurator (configurator.pwdev.app) are part of the same product.

2. Data we may process

Depending on how you use the site and the product:

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Contact form

The form on this site collects name, email and an optional message so we can reply. We do not use that data for unrelated marketing without a valid basis.

5. Analytics

This site may load Google Analytics (Google Ireland / Google LLC) to understand aggregated traffic. That may involve cookies or similar identifiers and a transfer outside the EEA under Google’s safeguards.

You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings. A dedicated consent banner may be added; until then this disclosure still applies.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work:

Analytics cookies, when used, are described above.

7. Recipients

Data may be shared with hosting and email providers, with Stripe for payments and invoices, and with Google for analytics, only as needed. Public authorities may receive data where the law requires it.

8. Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related follow-up. Account and billing data follow the retention needed for the contract and legal obligations.

9. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Requests: hello@pwdev.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portugal) or another competent supervisory authority.

10. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (HTTPS, security headers, restricted access).

11. Changes

This Policy may be updated. The date at the top is the version in force.
