These Terms of Use govern access to the pWdev website (pwdev.app) and the related 3D configurator product (configurator.pwdev.app).

This site presents a software service. It does not sell apparel or process product orders. Shop purchases, shipping and returns are handled by each store that uses the product.

By using the site or the product you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

pWdev provides 3D simulators for custom sports kits: colours, patterns, logos, names and numbers, plus production files (3D model, cutting plan, technical PDF) and related tools (accounts, billing, AI features, subscriber stores).

Features, availability and prices of paid plans are shown in the product. They may change.

2. Accounts and plans

Some features require an account and an active plan. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping access credentials confidential.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

We may suspend or close an account in case of abuse, non-payment or breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt to copy, reverse-engineer or bypass technical limits of the product;
• overload or disrupt the service;
• upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights;
• use the service to send spam or malware.

4. Content you supply

Logos, images, texts and other files you upload remain your responsibility. You represent that you hold the rights needed to use them in the simulator and in production files.

pWdev may refuse content that appears unlawful or that infringes third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The software, visual identity, documentation and other pWdev materials are protected by applicable law. Using the site or the product does not grant a licence to copy them beyond what is needed to use the service.

Designs you create with the product may be used by you in the course of the service, without transferring ownership of the pWdev platform.

6. Demo mode

The configurator may open in demo mode without an account. Demo use is for evaluation. Saving, export and AI features typically require a plan.

7. Liability

We aim to keep the site and the product available and accurate. Interruptions, errors or delays may nonetheless occur.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by law, pWdev is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken solely on the basis of a 3D preview.

8. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints and ADR

Information about the Portuguese official complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) is linked in the website footer, where applicable.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.

10. Changes

pWdev may update these Terms when needed. The version published on this page is the one in force. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that may apply.
